This five-week series is dDeset & Rewind is a structured creative wellness session blending beginner-friendly art lessons with calming rituals, gentle breathwork, and a warm, welcoming space.
You don’t need to be an artist. This is a space for stillness, not skill.
Come as you are. We’ll take care of the rest.

A new calming art activity each week (watercolour + pencil based)
Guided grounding practice and body check-in
Aromatherapy, music, and herbal teas
