Our gentle, beginner-friendly Watercolour Class runs every Monday from 5:30–6:30pm at our cozy Norton Street studio. Starting July 21, you’ll explore colour, layering, and calming brush techniques in a supportive, relaxed environment — no pressure, just progress.

What You’ll Learn – Quirky Watercolour Techniques (No Experience Needed!)

In Term 3, you won’t just learn how to paint — you’ll discover watercolour’s most magical secrets. Each week we explore a new technique that brings texture, depth, and surprise to your art.

• Salt Textures – Sprinkle and watch snowflake-like patterns form on the page

• Plastic Wrap Crinkle – Create stunning veined patterns with cling wrap

• Ink Blooming – Watch ink and watercolour interact in unexpected ways

• Wax Resist – Hide secret drawings that reveal themselves with paint

Q: I joined last term — will I be learning the same thing again?A: Nope! Each term offers a fresh set of projects and techniques. If you're returning, you’ll continue developing your skills with new challenges. If you’re brand new, you’ll be guided from the beginning with plenty of support.

Q: Do I need to bring anything? A: Nothing at all. We provide all your materials — quality watercolours, brushes, and paper. Just bring yourself and a willingness to explore.

Q: What if I miss a session? A: If you miss a class, we can offer a take-home version of the activity so you can keep up. Refunds aren’t available for missed sessions, but we’ll always help you stay connected.

Q: Can I pay with Afterpay or in person? A: Yes! You can use Afterpay at checkout to split your payment over four interest-free instalments.Prefer to pay in person? No problem.

Q: Do I get anything extra for paying up front? A: Yes! If you pay in full when booking, you’ll receive a bonus set of artist-quality paintbrushes on your first night. It’s our way of saying thanks for committing to your creative journey.

Q: Is this NDIS-friendly? A: Absolutely. We support NDIS participants and can provide invoices or assistance with your plan manager. Just reach out after booking or give us a call to chat through what you need.
