All portraits must be paid in full prior to commencement.
All requirements, requests, and reference photos must be clearly agreed upon before work begins.
Each artwork is subject to the artist’s interpretation and style.
Up to two (2) reasonable amendments are included after completion. Additional changes may incur a fee.
A public order list may be published on our Facebook page to show the queue and maintain transparency.
Portions of the drawing process may be shared publicly (including live videos or reels on Facebook).
Once payment has been made, pet portrait orders are non-refundable.
We are not liable for any damage or loss during postage.
